Vision Board Workshop Highlights
Employee Enrichment
Employee Enrichment Workshops: Work Groups and Employee Teams gather to do individual Vision Boards for 90 minutes. The time to dream, vision, and enjoy each other’s company shows that they are valued by their employer. Each person shares briefly about their board with the group giving their co-workers a chance to learn more about them. Then the group comes together to do a group board for their department/team. Most groups plan their workshop around a meal or snacks. For the remainder of the year, Employees continue the camaraderie by encouraging and supporting each other’s personal goals and the team goals.
